How to close or remove auto run file from computer

Here is my problem I facing nowadays after insert pen derive into my computer, My question is :

  1. I am using Windows 7
  2. How to close auto run?
  3. When I am trying to open pen drive, It’s showing a program still running
  4. How I can remove Auto run from commuter
